Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift
Before purchasing a gift voucher, it's really important to be certain that the person you are buying for wants a reading. They would have to be open to receiving whatever information comes through from Spirit and whatever Psychic information Glenda picks up in the reading
On occasions, the Spirit World may contribute to your reading if you are in agreement.​
Gift Vouchers will be electronically sent to you, with their name printed on it.
Please ensure the person receiving the gift voucher has my email address so they can schedule a booking. They will also need to mention your name so that I know who purchased the voucher.
Readings are conducted online via Zoom.

For legal reasons we advise that all readings given by Glenda-Marie are for entertainment purposes only, no guarantee can be given as to specific questions will "come true" due to free will.

No refunds will be issued. *Please be aware Glenda-Marie is not a trained medical, legal or financial professional, these questions should be taken to the appropriate professions. The contents of a reading are not legally binding. *Glenda-Marie is unable to read for someone without their permission, meaning she is not able to do third party readings.
*Glenda-Marie reserves the right to reschedule your reading and has the right to refuse service to anyone and for any reason. *You do not have permission to share any recordings to any social media, internet, email or any platform of any kind without the written permission of Glenda-Marie.
*Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your reading are solely responsible and has not been forced upon you. Glenda-Marie takes no responsibility for any actions you take from the guidance that is given in your session.
*Glenda-Marie assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences to, or based on readings provided. Please use your own common sense and judgement at all times.
*By agreeing to a session you are stating you are healthy and sound of mind and that there are no underlying mental conditions that would inhibit your reading or no health issues that are better dealt with by a professional.
*Glenda-Marie does not offer readings to anyone under 18 years of age. *It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your reading will take place.

Refund Policy
I’m happy to reschedule your appointment as a one-off without losing your deposit of $50. There is a reschedule link on both confirmation emails and you can do that anytime 48 hours before the session.
* If you need to reschedule after this time please email me at glenda-marie1@hotmail.com as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate you at a time that works for us both.
* Cancelling with less than 48 hours or a being no show means you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
* Late arrival for a session will result in a shorter session with the session concluding at the usual time.
*Please ensure you have a strong internet connection for a video conferencing call as Glenda-Marie is not responsible for connectivity as No Refunds or Rescheduling will apply.
* Refunds are processed promptly, but since Paypal no longer refund their fees, there's an unavoidable 10% admin charge on all refunds.

* Refunds will not be provided for any sessions or work that has been completed. Once payment has been finalised a confirmation email will be sent to you, (please check junk folder)
